Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you are, and that viewing sexually explicit, AI-generated material is legal where you are.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. One person per account. Tell us immediately if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

You may only upload photos of yourself, or of adults who have given you explicit permission to create this kind of content of them. You must not use the Service to:

• create, upload or request any content depicting or appearing to depict a minor — this results in an immediate permanent ban and a report to the authorities;
• create sexual content of a real, identifiable person without their consent, including public figures and celebrities;
• harass, threaten, blackmail, defame or impersonate anyone;
• publish or distribute generated content of a person who has not consented to it;
• break any law, or try to circumvent our moderation, rate limits or security.

You keep whatever rights you have in the photos you upload. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only to provide the Service to you. Generated outputs are provided for your personal, private use. You are solely responsible for what you upload and for how you use what you generate.

Generations are paid for with coins. Coins are a prepaid, virtual credit for use on the Service only: they have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and do not expire while your account is active.

If you connect your Telegram account, your website and Telegram bot balances are combined into one balance. Payments are processed by third parties (such as Plisio and Telegram) under their own terms. Refunds are covered by our Refund policy.

We use automated and manual moderation. We may refuse, remove or delete content, and suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Content policy — without refund of coins where the account was used to break the rules. We cooperate with law enforcement and report suspected child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.

AI output is unpredictable and may not match your expectations. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; if the change is material we will tell you on the Service. You can stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate accounts that break these terms.
