Refund Policy

If a generation fails for any reason on our side, the coins are returned to your balance automatically — you don't need to ask. You'll see the refund in your wallet activity.

If an upload is rejected by moderation, no coins are charged.

AI output varies. If a result is clearly broken (for example, a corrupted file or a completely wrong scene), contact us within 7 days with the link to the creation and we'll review it and may return the coins.

Coins are non-refundable once purchased and cannot be exchanged for money, except where the law requires otherwise. If you were charged but didn't receive coins, contact us with your payment details and we'll fix it. Crypto payments are credited once the network confirms them.

Please contact us before disputing a payment — we resolve most issues quickly. Accounts with chargebacks may be suspended.
